TEAM RACE: 4x6 foot banner for the TOP TEAMS for the MEGADUELS and the MEGATRON Individual Championships.
INDIVIDUAL: 5in custom medals for ALL CHAMPS
3in medals for 2nd - 3rd place
For some tournaments we have to pool/block weights together based on lack in numbers of competitors. Medals will not be given out just for showing up. You must win the weight class even if its a pooled weight class. Earn the medal.
Varsity (boys) champs will get singlet's unless noted. We will start to award singlet's to more age groups and divisions as those age groups grow per tournament.
MEGATRON DOMINACE AWARD (Singlet's)
The M.D.A. will be given to the most inspiring, aggressive, and dominating wrestler per division. The winner will be chosen by a committee. The tournament director encourages coaches to submit wrestlers that they feel could be in the running for the award. Strength of bracket, recent head to heads, and other variables will also be a factor in determining a winner. You don't have to win a match to receive the award. The wrestler that goes after it will earn the award!
The Singlet's given out are available to all divisions, but we will award them based on performance and the criteria we are looking for. All divisions could possibly earn a singlet, but not necessarily get one. Each Tournament is different and we will award singlet's accordingly.
MEGATRON WORLD DOMINANCE AWARD
The M.W.D.A. will be given to the champion of three MEGATRON EVENTS! This will be a highly respected award as it will be difficult to win two championships, let alone three. The winner of the M.W.D.A. will also have press releases in national publications, internet publicity, and will be an obvious "one to watch" on college coaches radar. The beginners division is not included in the M.W.D.A. Los Angeles must be one of the tournament victories. One of the victories must come from a state that is not your home state.
The first M.W.D.A. award winner will also receive a special award from sponsors, as well as a feature on our website!
